A ministry in charge of planning

The Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT) is responsible for the national development strategy. It also handles planning, public investment programming, national statistics and regional development.

Major projects, a visible result

Tracking major infrastructure projects — hydroelectric dams, deep-water ports, roads, railways — is one of the most concrete ways to follow how this strategy is being carried out. A status that moves, one project at a time
